Soft washing uses low water pressure combined with a cleaning solution designed to kill algae, mold and mildew at the root — then a rinse clears it away. It's the safe way to clean vinyl, wood, stucco, brick and painted siding, along with retaining walls, fences and other hardscapes.
High-pressure washing can force water behind siding, strip paint, or etch softer materials. Soft washing avoids all of that while still getting a deep clean.
Hard surfaces like concrete and pavers get a different treatment — higher pressure with a rotary surface cleaner — but we handle both as part of a full exterior clean.
